Client Agreement and Release of Liability

Customer assumes all liabilities, financial and otherwise, for the behavior and health of their pet. In consideration of the services rendered by U Dirty Dog, Customer waives any and all claims, actions, or demands of any nature, foreseen or unforeseen, against U Dirty Dog relating to the care, control, health, and/or safety of Customer's pet arising during services performed by U Dirty Dog.

Customer understands that U Dirty Dog has the right to refuse service to Customer's pet at any time for any reason. Customer understands that if their pet has a history of or repeatedly demonstrates aggression or biting of humans or animals, U Dirty Dog reserves the right to refuse service. Customer also understands that all bites will be reported to the local authorities as required by law. U Dirty Dog is bonded and insured.

Customer must be the legal owner of the pet. The pet must not have been exposed to distemper, rabies, or parvovirus within the past thirty (30) days and has been inoculated as indicated by records presented.

Cancellation Policy

U Dirty Dog will email you to confirm your pet's appointment 72 hours in advance. An email address is required.

A 48-hour minimum for the cancellation of your pets grooming appointment is required. If the appointment is not cancelled prior to 48 hours, Customer will be charged the full fee for the scheduled service.
